  • refunds
    To speed up the resolution of the issue, please refer to the guidelines for submitting photo proof. According to our Merchant Protection policy, if any product, whether it's for you or your customer, is received in a condition where it is printed incorrectly, damaged, or of poor quality, we will send a free replacement or issue a refund to your Printify balance, provided that the issue is reported to us within 30 days of receiving the product.
