I am not my thoughts.
We often identify with our thoughts, believing they are the essence of who we are. However, the truth is that our thoughts are just a flow of information passing through our minds, and they don't necessarily reflect our true nature.
Recognizing that we are not our thoughts allows us to free ourselves from the limitations and conditioning that these create. When we distance ourselves from identification with them, we can observe them more clearly and make decisions that are more aligned with our true self.
Each time we find ourselves trapped in a negative thought cycle, remembering that we are more than that helps us regain our inner peace. We are consciousness, the observers of our thoughts, and by adopting that position, we can transform our reality.
